A great book for anyone trying to understand where a lot of today’s political talking points come from. Easy to read and accessible, it gave context to things I was taught when younger while introducing topics I was completely unaware of. Highly recommended.

Fairly outside of what I typically read, and I found it difficult to comprehend. Complex vocabulary and poetic writing made it hard to grasp, and the technical concepts are used as metaphors rather than explored from a technical perspective.

A simple, good book about an important topic. It covers the history of tuberculosis and how so many things in life intertwine with it, including fashion, and is a great tool for shining light on a preventable disease that’s still around today.
A peek into the mindset of leadership at Facebook that shows what bad leadership looks like, though something about it makes it not quite as compelling as similar books. Still a very interesting read and worth recommending.
