A great book with lots of information you simply can’t gain without real-world experience. Insightful for anyone building a company or working in larger corporate environments. The sections on sales and compensation were surprisingly useful.
A peek into the mindset of leadership at Facebook that shows what bad leadership looks like, though something about it makes it not quite as compelling as similar books. Still a very interesting read and worth recommending.
One of the best business books I’ve read. It tells the full story of Theranos and Elizabeth Holmes, showing how bad decisions stacked on top of each other and what bad leadership looks like when left unchecked.
