A great book that helps put words to an idea a lot of people probably have in the back of their mind. Some topics get repetitive, but the content is good and I find myself referencing it often. Highly recommended.

A peek into the mindset of leadership at Facebook that shows what bad leadership looks like, though something about it makes it not quite as compelling as similar books. Still a very interesting read and worth recommending.
